Parker's Perfect

I wear safety glasses and a face shield when it is appropriate. The problem is they get so dusty and as is the case of the face shield, it fogs up. So I don't wear them as often as I should because I can't see through them. I blow them off with air and wipe them with paper towels. They just don't seem to clean up with these methods. I have been turning for 18 years and you think I would have learned by now how to deal with it. I have been working at Highland for 31 years and a customer ask about fogging of his face shield. It finally dawned on me.
Parker's Perfect
! We have been selling it ever since I started working at Highland. It is perfect. Putting a clear film on the surface of the plastic makes it anti-static (reduces dust build up) and inhibits fogging. The plastic surface cleans up easily.
Initially I clean the plastic with an all-purpose cleaner, I use Simple Green, and then spray the
Parker's Perfect
on the surface. I wipe it like you are using Windex. When it does cloud up, I can blow or wipe the surface easily and get a clean lens. I spray more Parker's Perfect on the plastic every now and then to keep it working.
Parker's Perfect
, it works for me.
