If for any reason you are not satisfied with any stock item purchased from Highland Woodworking, return it to us within 60 days of receipt (30 days for Festool tools) and we will promptly replace it or refund the purchase price of that item, according to your preference.

It's a gift that's bound to be appreciated, even by the woodworker who has everything. Our gift certificates may be redeemed online, by mail, by phone or in our Atlanta store.
Also note that all Gift Certificates must be manually processed by our staff . The Gift Certificate is not generated automatically and sent instantly when the order is placed. On weekdays during business hours the Gift Certificate will be sent the same or next day. Gift Certificate orders received after 5 PM on Fridays will be sent to the recipient on the following Monday. We apologize for the inconvenience. A blank PDF image of our Gift Certificate can be downloaded here if you urgently need to print out a sample of a Gift Certificate. Note that it will not be negotiable until manual processing has been completed and a valid number has been assigned.
