Oneway Wolverine Precision Balancing System

Drastically reduce grinder vibration with Oneway's Precision Balancing System. Your grinding wheels can now be accurately balanced in your own workshop!

Balanced wheels will give better grinding performance. Once completed, rebalancing should not be necessary for the life of the wheels. You will get better grinding performance needed to get sharp tools for better finishes on your turning projects.

The Oneway Balancing System can adjust for balancing problems caused by these problems: wheel out of round, arbor hole not centered and variations in thickness or density. After mounting the flanges on your wheel, set it on the fixture base and adjust the balancing screws until the wheel is stable. After initial balancing, you will need to mount the wheels on your grinder, dress them and (possibly) re-balance.

Choose a system to fit the arbor size of your grinder - 1/2", 5/8" or 3/4".

Some bench grinders require special mounting washers (included at no extra charge), so we also need to know what type of grinder you have.

The Balancing System for 1/2" arbor only works with stones up to 3/4" wide.

The Balancing System for 5/8" & 3/4" arbor only works with stones up to 1" wide.

The Oneway Balancing system includes everything needed to balance two grinding wheels with 1" or 1-1/4" thru-holes:

Please Note: The Precision Balancing System can hold wheels up to 8" in diameter.
