Your valuable hand planes deserve protection from the scratches, dings, tarnish and rust that can happen around the shop or on the jobsite. Store your planes in these fabric sacks made by SackUps. These tool covers are sewn in a sock like fashion, and treated with hydrophobic silicone to minimize any moisture lingering on your tools, helping to prevent cast iron from rusting. The Plane Sack will help keep your planes clean, dry and shiny, even in a shop distinctly unfriendly to your tools. The silicone treatment is applied in a manner so as not to contaminate any finishes. The slight stretch in the fabric and the drawstring tie allows you to enclose the fabric securely around the tool. The sacks are available in four different sizes to accommodate just above every plane in the shop.
